JOBBIN'S TERRACE

Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, the task at hand is to complete a redesign of Jobbin's Terrace, a heritage listed residential building located in The Rocks.

CONCEPT

We created a home for a 50+ couple that tastefully represents the beautiful heritage that is ingrained in the space, while drawing on the themes of the traditional custodians of the land; the Gadigal People of the Eora Nation.

We recognise not only the traditional custodians of the land we present to you on, but also recognises that Jobbin's Terrace has been built on Gadigal Land. We want to dedicate this design to the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation and do what we can to preserve its history

Throughout this design, each room has a theme that connects the space to land and country.
